VM Create

To be able to use the activity, you need to install VMware PowerCLI on the Resolve Actions Express Executor server.

Activity Description​

Creates a Virtual Machine.

Settings​

  • Host Name—The host name or IP address. This must be either the vCenter device or the ESXi device (you can configure the device with Platform type vCenter/ESXi under Devices).
  • User Name—The user name of an account that has read/write access to the host.
  • Password—The password of the account listed in the User Name field.
  • VM Name—The name of the Virtual Machine to create.
  • VM Annotation—The annotations related to a Virtual Machine.
  • Datastore Name—The Virtual Machine's data store name.
  • Disk Size—The Virtual Machine's disk size in MB.
  • Memory Size—The Virtual Machine's memory size in MB.
  • Number of CPUs—The Virtual Machine's number of CPUs.
  • Guest OS Id—The Virtual Machine's OS type.
