SN Delete Record

Activity Description​

Deletes an existing record from ServiceNow.

Output​

Success/Failure.

Settings​

  • Module Name – The name of the ServiceNow Module in Resolve Actions Express.
  • Form Name – The name of the ServiceNow form.
    Example: Incident(incident)
  • Field Name – The name of the field that indicates the record number.
  • Record Number – The name of the record to delete (%<the name of the activity instance that created the record>%).
