Get Open Incidents

Activity Description​

Returns the list of the currently open incidents in Resolve Actions Express Live, according to predefined criteria.

Output​

The list of open incidents.

Settings​

  • Name – The name of the incident to retrieve (wild cards are supported).
    Example: SQL-SRV
  • Classification – The incident's classification (wild cards are supported).
    Example: Server Down

When Name is specified and Classification is not, the activity's output is the list of incidents that contain the specified string in their name. When Classification is specified and Name is not, the activity's output is the list of incidents that contain the classification string in their name.

When neither Name nor Classification is selected, the activity returns all open incidents in the Actions Express Dashboard.
