Splunk Create Event

Activity Description​

Creates a new event in Splunk according to the event data entered.

Success/Failure

Settings​

  • Module Name – The name of the Splunk Module in Resolve Actions Express.
  • Event Index – The name of the index field where the event will be created.
  • Event Data – Must be entered in the format [ValueName]=[Value], with each pair separated by a comma.
    Example: loglevel=1,companyname=2,username=3,password=4.
