HyperV Configuration

HyperV activities communicate with HyperV/SCVMM servers via WinRM.

To enable communication, WinRM must be enabled on the HyperV/SCVMM server itself.

  1. Log into the HyperV/SCVMM server as an Administrator
  2. Run winrm quickconfig to configure WinRM
  3. Test connectivity from the Express Executor server to the HyperV/SCVMM server with Test-WSMan -ComputerName HOSTNAME

Replace HOSTNAME with the FQDN of the HyperV/SCVMM server.

Once a successful test connection is established between the Express Executor server and the HyperV/SCVMM server, the activities are ready for use.
