📄️ Introduction to the Self Service Designer
The Self Service Designer is a simple and efficient tool that enables you to design forms by integrating workflows while exposing relevant automated tasks and processes to your end-users.
📄️ Creating a Self Service Workflow
A Self Service Workflow is created in the Workflow Designer. This Workflow will run the automation for the Self Service Form. Refer to the Building Your Workflow guide.
📄️ Creating a Self Service Form
The New Form window appears the first time you enter the Self Service Designer, and when there are no forms currently open.
📄️ Self Service Input
Activity Description: Allows you to define multiple runtime inputs for a Self Service workflow. In the Self Service Portal, Activity Description can create a popup dialog where the user can be asked for multiple inputs at once during form execution. Each input definition is a field in the Self Service for dialog.
